Service Description
With a focus on strengthening your core, this athletic 40-minute class is taught in vinyasa style - linking movement to breath. We will move through various yoga asanas and exercises to target, activate and condition all the muscles in the core that are responsible for supporting, stabilizing and protecting the spine. All levels are welcome, but be prepared to work hard. You will need your mat, a water bottle, (occassionally a non-grip floor surface for gliding and/or resistance bands), two towels - one to help perform some of the exercises, and the other to catch the sweat. This class is meant to be challenging, so as always, take it at your own pace.
