Service Description

Watch yourself grow stronger with this 40min. full body fusion class of yoga and high intensity interval training. All exercises use body weight only, so there is no equipment required. Mainly low impact, controlled exercises, with some options for higher impact moves. All you will need is your mat, a water bottle, and maybe a towel to catch the sweat. This class is meant to be challenging, so as always, take it at your own pace.
