With an emphasis on breath, enter into a moving meditation, slowing down the body and mind while building heat internally. This 45-min Slow Flow is rooted in Vinyasa, with longer held, strengthening asanas while giving time to explore the liminal; the moments in between. This class is suited for all levels. You will need your yoga mat and various props, including blocks, bolsters and blankets.
