Service Description
Wind down your day as you are guided through this beautiful 50-minute quiet and passive practice. Yin yoga involves deep stretches in variations of seated and supine asanas, typically held for 3-5 minutes. This class is suited for all levels. You will need your yoga mat and various props, including blocks, bolsters and blankets.
