Sweat + Flow is rooted in the idea of engaged and enjoyable involvement in whatever you are doing - whether a physical activity, a creative pursuit, or even a simple day-to-day task. "Flow state", or being “in the zone”, is the sense of fluidity between body and mind; the positive mental state of being completely absorbed, focused, and involved in your activities at a certain point in time. It is the art of full and immersed commitment. It is the act which brings meaning to our lives and to those we connect with and to those whose lives we intersect.
