Sweat + Flow is rooted in the idea of engaged and enjoyable involvement in whatever you are doing - whether a physical activity, a creative pursuit, or even a simple day-to-day task. "Flow state", or being “in the zone”, is the sense of fluidity between body and mind; the positive mental state of being completely absorbed, focused, and involved in your activities at a certain point in time. It is the art of full and immersed commitment. It is the act which brings meaning to our lives and to those we connect.
