$75 for a single 45-minute private session

$200 for three (3) 45-minute private sessions

My private yoga sessions are geared specifically to you and your desired outcome. A mindful approach tailored to your needs and goals whether you aim to improve balance, mobility or flexibility, build strength, create a foundational practice, or deepen your existing one. Modifications tailored for injuries or illness. Have fun while learning, your choices are endless.

All private sessions include a 10-minute pre-session / program consultation, and free access to the On-Demand class library.

Once your Session / Program is purchased, you will be contacted via email to arrange the time(s)/date(s)/location.

Group / Corporate

Location of your choosing (up to 10 participants*)

$120 for a single 50-minute session

Virtual available

*additional participants $10 per person

My private group sessions are uniquely tailored to meet the needs of your group or team. Enjoy movement with the shared embrace of friends for a celebration, a team building activity among colleagues or perhaps an athletic team looking to compliment and enhance their sport.

I specialize in sessions for many types of athletes - triathletes, runners, cyclists, swimmers, hockey players and racquet sport players.
