From June 14th - June 30th you will focus on changing your habits and mindset around what you eat and why. Nutrition is intertwined into all aspects of your life, so if you fail to address your lifestyle and environment it will be hard to make long lasting nutrition changes. You will receive 15 online lessons about nutrition, as well as menu plans options to help inspire your eating and increase variety around what you eat. You will be part of our private online community which will help keep you connected, allowing you to share your successes and struggles with others enrolled in the program. This program is deveoped and led by Nutritionist, Tara, owner/founder of H.E.A L.
