Led by H.E.A.L Nutritionist, Tara Postnikoff, join us for this 4-week reset to help you get on track and improve your eating habits. You will have access to a supportive online community to keep you engaged, accountable, and connected with others on their own nutrition journey.

About the Event

From Nov 15th until Dec 10th, 2021, you will focus on changing your habits and mindset around what you eat and why.

Nutrition is intertwined with all aspects of your life, so learning to address your lifestyle and environment will help you make long lasting nutritional changes. You will receive 15 lessons about nutrition, as well as menu plans to help inspire your eating and increase variety around what you eat. You will be part of our private online community to help keep you connected, and share your struggles and successes with others enrolled in the program.

Join us via Zoom on  Monday, November 15th at 6pm for a kick-off call to review what is expected over the 4 week reset, and learn more about the program.  A mid-point Zoom follow up will be held on Nov 29th at 6pm. On Wednesday Nov 24th at 6pm Kimberley will take you through a Yoga session to help with your Reset which will focus on rest, recharge and restoration.  On Dec 8th she’ll be back for a meditation session to help you with your ongoing pursuit of nutrition and health.
