Service Description

This 30-40 minute class focuses on deep, slow stretches and functional (usable) movement to help improve flexibility and mobility, often targeting hips, back and shoulders. It's a great class for athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes, and racquet sport players) to use for sport enhancement, recovery and post workout. It's also good for those new to yoga/movement classes, or for those looking for a slower-paced, less intense class. For some classes, a blanket, cushion/bolster, or yoga strap/towel are helpful.
