Service Description

This 30-40 minute class skips the vinyasa and "fancy" postures to focus on deep, slow stretches and functional (usable) movement to help improve flexibility and mobility, often targeting hips, back and shoulders. It's a great class for athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes, and racquet sport players) to use for sport enhancement, recovery and post workout. It's also good for those new to yoga/movement classes, or for those looking for a slower-paced, less intense class. For some classes, a blanket, cushion/bolster, or yoga strap/towel are helpful.
